Payment Methods

 

We accept  the following payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card:  Visa, American, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.  We ship the order and process the credit card transaction immediately.  We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues which require action (out of stock items, credit card billing questions, other problems).
  • Mail Payment:  You send us a money order, cashier check, or personal check (held 5-10 business days for check clearing).  We ship the order when payment is received (or after the personal check clears).  If you want to pay by this method, please add all required items in your shopping cart, select shipping method, and select Western Union payment.  Hit the "Review Order" button, and print the subsequent page and mail it with your payment to:

  • Paypal:  You complete your order and pay through our Paypal payment portal.  We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues which require action (out of stock items, Paypal billing questions, other problems).
  • Bank Account Transfer:  You transfer payment from your bank account directly into our bank account.  If you want to pay by this method, please email your shopping cart contents, namd, address, and telephone number to empirebmx@empirebmx.com.  We will email you with a total amount and payment instructions.  A bank service fee of $25.00 will be added.  we ship the order when receipt of payment is confirmed in our bank account.
  • Western Union:  You send payment through an authorized Western Union agent.  For further information, please visit www.westernunion.com.  Complete an online order and select Western Union as the payment method.  We will email you with a total amount and payment instructions.  We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues which require action (out of stock items, other problems).  We ship the order when payment is received from Western Union.

Credit Card Payment

Your credit card is not debited when you submit an order.  Completing an order with credit card as the payment method transmits the order to us for processing.  We examine each order, and address any questions or problems with items, shipping, card billing address, or any other problems before processing the card for the order total.  We debit the card for the full amount of the order (items, shipping, and tax if applicable) when your order is shipped.

Shipping to an Alternate Address (Credit / Debit cards)

Under normal circumstances, we will only ship to the verified credit card billing address.  However, we realize that this is impossible in some instances, and were willing to help.  The billing address is automatically verified when you submit an order.  If you specify shipping to an address that isn't the verified billing address, the order is not automatically shipped.  We will contact and obtain approval from the credit cardholder before shipping.  If the cardholder cannot be contacted, we will not ship the order.  If you need the order shipped as quickly as possible, please call us at (512) 474-4269 and have the cardholder available for authorization, or available to accept our call if at a different number.
