  • When you submit your order, a confirmation will be immediately emailed to you.  This is does not mean that your order has been shipped, it is only an indication that the order has been successfully placed and is in queue for processing.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us by email or phone.
  • We inspect all orders for problems (out of stock items, payment issues, compatibility issues, etc.), and contact you by email or phone if any are encountered.
  • If an order does not require any further intervention, it is piped down the line to our fulfillment team for payment processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but orders containing out-of-stock items and/or custom wheels, and large or complicated orders do not always ship immediately.
  • When successfully shipped, we will email you detailed shipment information.
